What do I need to present to collect my car?

Customer must present a return airline/cruise ticket or E-ticket itinerary, with a return date equal to that on the prepaid car rental voucher. If a return airline/cruise ticket is not presented at time of rental, car voucher presented will be applied to rental and a credit card hold or cash deposit of $250 will be required to rent vehicle. If return airline/cruise ticket is presented, however return travel date is beyond return date on car voucher; customer must leave the cash deposit in addition to $50 for each day beyond the return date on the voucher up to $250.

Can I get a refund for my car rental vouchers?

Car rental vouchers purchased on this website may be refunded at our sole discretion. Customers must have a valid driver's license in their name to rent. There will be no refund in the event that a Customer does not have a valid driver's license that is accepted by the car rental supplier. Customer must provide some official document confirming inability to travel.

Is my hotel stay refundable?

All paid reservations for hotels and vacation homes, along with their respective deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation penalties may apply.

How can I resolve toll violations?

Please call ATS processing to settle all violations. Customers may pay via credit card.
